Baapu Description:

Baapu’s story is set in a Telangana village, where Chanti, a JCB operator who believes in hidden treasures, dreams of settling down by buying two JCBs with the gold idol he discovered. However, in a twist of fate, the goddess idol is stolen from him. On the other hand, Mallayya, a financially struggling cotton farmer, leads a debt-ridden life along with his father Rajayya, wife Saroja, and children. As the story unfolds, we learn what happens to the missing gold idol and why Mallayya’s family hatches a plan to kill him.
